Creating an Impactful Brand within a Changing Market

With a new Government funding structure due to impact on businesses from April 2017, newly formed Spaghetti Junction, an independent skills and training business, needed an impactful brand and method of raising their profile. 

Client Background
Spaghetti Junction were established in 2016 to offer advice to companies across the UK on apprenticeships, alternative training opportunities, and funding for training. This area is confusing and is the subject of changing legislation. Employers are frequently confused by the plethora of options available to them, without the time to wade through reams of documentation and information themselves.

The Challenge
As a new business, Spaghetti Junction needed to create a brand identity and marketing materials to support their launch. The directors wanted something that visually conveyed the confusing nature of the UK training sector while highlighting how Spaghetti Junction could simplify it.

Enterprise Marketing Solutions was approached to help develop the brand identity, designing an ‘untangling’ infographic and creating marketing support materials.

The Solution

Understanding that Spaghetti Junction work across a wide variety of training providers and have the knowledge and expertise to advise on a number of solutions for their clients, Enterprise Marketing Solutions created the new brand identity and logo.

The ‘untangling’ infographic added to this, showing how Spaghetti Junction take the perceived ‘tangle’ and smooth a clear path of action for employers.

In addition to these items, Enterprise Marketing created the website, postcards, stationery and pop up banners for events.

Results
An impactful identity and professional marketing materials has helped Spaghetti Junction open doors and start conversations with some very large employers, paving the way for some worthwhile long term contracts – one of which has been secured with a well-known London recruitment business for the public sector.
